Jason Free Realty is a family owned business.  Each of the four owners are licensed Real Estate Brokers.  They have over ninety years of combined Real Estate experience.  Jason Free Realty was formed in 1983 in Rome, GA.  Since then, Jason Free Realty has expanded to include Property Management, as well as the Real Estate School.  

Our property management division manages over 700 rental properties.  While the management team serves the needs of our owner/investor clients through marketing, contract negotiations, property maintenance, and asset evaluation.  We are also able to meet the present needs of future home buyers.  Statistical information shows that 41% of tenants purchase a home within 5 years.  We consider this a potential buyer pool that is right at our fingertips, an asset to our seller clients.

Our Real Estate School has been teaching and training agents for over 20 years.  In fact we have helped over 75% of the agents in Rome acquire their real estate license and maintain their continuing education.  While equipping a large number of people each year for a career in real estate, we are not interested in recruiting every potential agent.  We only choose the agents that demonstrate a high level of professionalism, capable of meeting the needs and expectations of our clients while maintaining the highest of ethical standards.  As members of the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, our agents must also uphold the Code of Ethics.

Many brokers, in an effort to avoid fee sharing, will “pocket” listings at least for the first 30 days, while trying to find a buyer on their own. At Jason Free Realty this practice is forbidden unless the confidential or sensitive nature of the transaction requires confidential treatment of the property, with the client’s assent or request.

In the absence of confidential or sensitivity considerations, the property information will be distributed on behalf of our clients within the first days after all information has been assembled and packaged. It is uniformly disseminated throughout the Georgia Multiple Listing Service. This means that each listing is exposed not only to our own professional agents, but also to over 40,000 other member agents.  This policy creates maximum exposure for our sellers.
